Business Continuity Planning

Business Continuity Planning is the process of creating prevention and recovery systems to address potential threats to a business.

The initial stage of developing a business continuity plan involves analyzing the infrastructure of the company’s information systems and determining the goals and expectations regarding operational continuity.

In the next stage, following security checks of information systems (Security Audit, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Test, etc.), the Risk Assessment plan is created based on the initially collected information.

Risk Assessment aims to evaluate each potential threat based on the probability that this threat will infect company’s information system. This, combined with the operational framework and procedures of the business, leads to the formulation of the Business Impact Assessment, recording the impact of any event on the operation of the business and prioritizing processes and systems that need to be recovered/operational after an event.

This process highlights areas of the information system that require additional protection to reduce risk. Security measures will be both technical and at the level of policies and procedures.

In the final stage, our consultants will propose the appropriate procedures and policies required for the implementation of a comprehensive and realistic business continuity plan, while at the same time they will train the company’s personnel in its requirements.
